Timilehin Olorunyomi, Popular known as Bad Boy Timz and his former record label, Anonymous music, the singer has sued his former label and filed 200 million naira for damages.
Bad Boy Tims had been arrested some time last week by Anonymous music and a video of Timz in handcuffs after his arrest was released. Mr Timilehin had been accused of fraud by his former label and had been in police custody until Davido secured his release by paying bail.
The singer took to his social media to thank Davido for bailing him and further revealed via a statement through his legal team that he was suing Anonymous music for defamation of character and charging damages to the tune of 200 million naira.
